Possible To Detect An Adwords View Through Cookie?

Hi,I'm running a some Adwords display campaigns for clients where I get quite a few view through conversions.What I'd like to do is display a unique tracking phone number to view through visitors with the doubleclick/adwords tracking cookie on their browser.
