Bug or URL Encoding on purpose?

I see that in the bucket profile/behavior settings charachters now are getting URL Encodet. Ex. / will be shown as %2F.Is it a bug, or done on purpose?

I had been experimenting with trackEvent, but it didn't seem to work. Fault was on my side, works splendid (and sends information nicely back to GA).
