Share 'Not working'

Hi. We have just signed up for BTBuckets and are still setting it up. I have used the Joomla plug in to generate the code on our web site but something is not working. Analytics is showing we are getting click throughs to the page I have set a bucket up for but the bucket is not filling. Any ideas what I've missed? Thanks
