Share 'Changing Messages Based on Referring Keyword and Geography'

Hi,   I'm wondering if anyone knows how to use the system to change a message or title that a user sees based on their location or referring keyword.  For example, if someone is in Texas I'd want to add the word "Texas" to my messaging such as "Free Shipping to Texas!".
