wordpress issues

I created an account on here.

i put in the API

Wordpress is finding the buckets

and when i go to the widgets area i see the BT options but either they dont work

so just so i understand...

next to widget mode there are to options:

hidden by default - i am assuming this means widgets wont show unless one of the buckets are checked

then there is show by defualt and i am assuming this means it will show for everyone except any buckets that are checked right?

makes sence..

what does not make sense is the definition of the default buckets

new visitor - ya i get it.

return visitor means what 2nd time @ site 3rd time 10th time before they are considered a return visit?

social media - is this all of them or just facebook and twitter?

search i am assuming if the user comes from a search engine they are now in the search bucket

the issue. all widgets i have set to hide by defualt and then i have the return visitor ticked so again i am assuming... this means no widgets will show for first time visitors BUT on a 2nd return the widgets will show... doesnt work like that for me

i did the same thing but ticking the search box and the widgets dont show when i come to my site from search.

i cleared cache and everything else on my end so whats going on?

now i showed everything by default but ticked the social media box next to one of the widgets..

that widget never shows now

clear cache go to site from search engine clear cache go to site from twitter clear cache go directly to site doesnt matter the damn thing doesnt show.

why
