Targeting against a SQL D/Base of customers

is BTBuckets able to target against a SQL D/Base of customers matching the iD held on the first party cookie against a column within the database? Really interested in getting this going if it's possible

Hi Julian - BTBuckets can access first party cookies for segmentation and targeting.
