shadow box problems
I have been trying to implement a shadowbox on my site. The pull down says shadow box with html content so that's what I have tried to do. If I put in one line it is fine but the moment I try for a second <p> tag, centering, or a url the shadowbox doesn't appear. I also tried table tags. It seems that the only thing it accepts is plain text.
I want a box to appear on pages offering a coupon if clicked or asking people to join a mailing list. I want to use a shadowbox because I want it to appear on any page on my site if the bucket meets the criteria. I know it should do this but I can't seem to get it working. Any suggestions? Ruth

We have received some requests to simplify yet enhance the shadowbox implementation. We're working on it.
Until then, post the HTML code you want to apply and we can try to help you build the shadowbox (you can upload a text file as a reply to this post).

Hi Ruth - we attached a file with the code you should use in the targeting code box in BTBuckets for the shadowbox with the HTML code you want.

Thanks, it seems to work fine. I am hoping that I will not have a problem if I change the inside code to reflect other campaigns.
My only problem is that it seems to slow up the page load a bit. I have fios, a very high speed connection, so if I am noticing a delay I get a bit concerned. Is there any way to preload any of this to avoid the javascript delay?

We are using the shadowbox-js.com framework - and it only summons the box once the entire page is loaded.
If you would like to use a different framework and need help using it, let us know.

New problem...I have js code on 2 pages for a ship target. This code is supposed to code a little box on the pages offering free shipping. It was working fine. Unfortunately the code for the maillist shadowbox has taken its place, even though the javascript call is for the shipping box NOT the shadow box. It is as if I can't run 2 different targets.
