Serving relevant content to departing segments
I would like to know if BT Buckets lets you serve specific content to an exiting segment of customers. For example can I create a segment of customers I know drop out at page 3 of a registration process and serve them lets say Survey Page 1 as a result of them choosing to exit the site at that stage and then can I serve to another segment who drops out at page 5 lets say Survey Page 2 instead?
Is this possible with BT Buckets?

Hello Peter,
Sure, what you want to do is very easy with BTBuckets redirect feature. First you create your segments, based on your example, those who don't reach the final step of the registration process and they will be in the bucket, lets call it "Unfinished registration".
Then create a target. The target feature allows you to take action upon any segments, you can setup any HTML, CSS, Javascript code or any combination of them to be executed.
We provide some wizards for basic functions, one of them is the redirect, so in this case, you can create a redirect target to send the people to a specific page and associate it to the "Unfinished registration" bucket. When any user from that bucket enters your page that target will be executed and you'll take the user to the proper page :-)
