How do I set up a bucket for visited page URLs 'NOT' containing a certain element
I need to set up a bucket of people who have visited pages that have URLs contain one element ('/irj/') and NOT another element ('anonymous'). How do I go about that?

Hello Adam,
This is very simple, setup two behaviors on your bucket, one for the '/irj/' , other for the 'anonymous' and switch the condition between them to "And not" just like you need. The image below shows an example of this setup:
