Permalink Reply by Charles Middleton on December 29, 2010 at 5:39am Hi,
Running FF 3.6.3..,. installed the (latest?) BTB plugin last week...
Didnt work - no bucket icons in GA - and it also killed LastPass(.com - another FF plugin).
Any thoughts on this? Looks a useful tool... :)
Hello Charles,
We can't reproduce that.
Did it still persist ?
Could you tell me what were the steps that led to this error?
Permalink Reply by Charles Middleton on February 3, 2011 at 10:09am Hi - thanks for coming back to me...
Re-installed the plugin, got the "buckket" Integrator icon lower right in FF - but says
"BTBuckets Integrator inactive for this page (ourRegisteredSite)".
I've checked the API Key in the Tools - that matches, picks up the correct "installed - on" site, and the correct number of existing buckets?
I'm assuming the Integrator is only active on the registered domain, or sites it works with - i.e GA, AdWorsd etc? Had the above outcome on GA site... Do I have to do something else to activate the Integrator - tried double clicking, right clicking etc....
Thanks,
Permalink Reply by Charles Middleton on February 3, 2011 at 10:50am Strange - I now have the "Red" bucket (enabled) both in FF and GA - but the icon in GA (alongside relevant data lines) is flashing on / off!
Clicking the bucket - when available - does bring up the "Add Bucket" though.
NB - this just "appeared" when I went back to GA after doing something else...
Curious...!
But, is it working now, or not ?
Can you send us some screen shots on contact@btbuckets.com ?
Thanks
